CLASS TYPES 

 

LOWER BODY

Squats, Jumps, Lunges, more Squats!  Your legs are important for boxing, they're important for life, this day is dedicated soley to them. Nothing beats a good leg day!

 

UPPER BODY

A day dedicated to ridding your wardrobe of sleeves forever more. The legs may be the foundation of good boxing technique but the arms are the weapons that deliver the knockout. Upper Body day is all about shoulders, chest, back, triceps, biceps and those all important abs.

 

CONDITIONING

A full body sweatfest, this is old school body weight conditioning at its best. This is a fast paced class utilising everything you've been born with and not much else. Expect lots of functional movements, expect your heart rate to catch fire, expect lots of calories to be burned and expect burpees, lots of burpees!!

 

CORE

A strong core is important for boxing, it's important for most of your day to day activities and it's important for looking good naked! In core class you can expect to work your central core muscles. That doesn't just mean your abs, it means all of the muscles that help you bend, and stretch, and lean, and twist. That being said, you should expect A LOT of ab work on Core day!!!

 

FULL BODY

It is what it is, a full body free for all reserved for weekends only. You can expect a mixture of everything that's happened during the week, weights, burpees, rings, landmines. Anything goes on weekends at KOBOX!
